The content of this website is for general information and use only.
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or introduce malicious code.
All intellectual property rights (logos, images, content) are owned by BikespeedUK or licensed to us.
3. Products & Services
We supply motorcycle parts, accessories, clothing, safety equipment, and motorcycles (new and used).
Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith. Variations may occur.
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Where applicable, certain items such as motorcycles will be sold plus OTR (On The Road) costs, unless otherwise stated.
4. Pricing & Availability
Prices are correct at the time of publication but may change without prior notice.
Errors and omissions are excepted (E&OE). If an error is discovered, we will inform you as soon as possible.
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
5. Orders, Payments & Cancellations
An order is only accepted once full payment (or a deposit where applicable) has been received.
Deposits are generally non-refundable unless agreed otherwise or where required by law.
Finance options may be available on selected products, subject to status and approval by third-party lenders.
BikespeedUK reserves the right to cancel an order where a product is unavailable, mispriced, or payment cannot be completed.
6. Delivery & Collection
UK Mainland delivery is free of charge on all items purchased through our website, unless otherwise stated.
Any item purchased for delivery outside of the UK Mainland will be subject to additional carriage charges, calculated in line with APC Couriers’ current rates.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any product purchased (e.g., motorcycles, safety equipment, electrical parts) is used in accordance with legal and manufacturer requirements.
7. Returns & Refunds
For distance sales, consumers may have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days once goods are returned in their original, unused condition and with all original packaging.
Certain products (e.g., electrical components, safety equipment such as helmets or clothing, and custom/special orders) may be excluded from returns for safety and hygiene reasons unless faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Warranty
New products are supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty (where applicable).
Used items or clearance products may be supplied without warranty or with a limited warranty – details will be provided at the point of sale.
Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, incorrect installation, or consumable parts (e.g., tyres, brake pads, chains).
9. Liability
BikespeedUK will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of income, business, or data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
