When you purchase a motorcycle from us using a finance agreement, BikeSpeedUK may receive a commission from the lender for introducing you to them.
The amount of commission we receive may vary depending on the lender, product, or the amount of credit taken.
This commission does not affect the amount you pay for your finance product.
You are entitled to request information about the amount of commission we receive for arranging your finance before you enter into the agreement.
Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing fair and transparent services. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, you can make a complaint in the following ways:
In person: Speak to a member of staff at our store.
Whether your complaint relates to an online or in-store transaction.
A description of the issue and any supporting documents (e.g. finance documents, receipts, order numbers).
How We Handle Complaints
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
We will investigate and aim to provide a final response within 8 weeks.
If you are not satisfied with our response, or if we do not respond within 8 weeks, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS):
